Boombaloo Magazine's Summer Party

FEATURING: Chic Fete's Petite Seats

When we received an online form submission from Natalie, of Boombaloo Magazine, requesting 30 children's chiavari chairs for their editorial photoshoot for Boombaloo Magazine, we were over the moon. First of all, YAY for using our Contact Form! {People are actually viewing our website!} Second, our second party is under way and the chairs had literally been in Vancouver for 6 days. Double YAY! And lastly, we're going to be featured in Boombaloo Magazine. You can imagine our excitement!!

My partner, Ili, will tell you I'm not the biggest fan of yellow, and that is so true (I'm a die-hard pink fanatic); but this party was so awesome. Pineapple fruit bowls? Yes, please! The pops of colour all throughout made this kid's table so eye-catching. I just love how chic our petite seats looked at this party table and the yummy goodies! Perfection.

Lele Chan's Royal High Tea Garden Party

When we first started Chic Fete, we had no idea where to start. The only thing we were sure of was Social Media is a big outlet for small businesses and we were going to utilize it to the best of our abilities. We blasted sneak peeks of our children's chiavari chairs, before our Petite Seats even came in, on our Instagram and Twitter accounts. And sure enough, it worked! Lele Chan contacted us on Twitter literally a week before the chairs were due to come in (and they were expected to come in the day before her party!) {melt-down moment for us right here}.

Thankfully, our Petite Seats came in just in time and we were able to get these pretty white mini kid's chiavari chairs to Lele's party to match her big kid chiavari chairs for this AH-mazing Royal High Tea Garden Party. I mean, come on, isn't this just the prettiest princess party you have ever seen? And, can we just say, this was the perfect introduction of Chic Fete's Petite Seats in Vancouver's children's party scene! We couldn't have planned this better if we tried.

Thank you Lele for finding us and for having us at your daughter's surreal Royal Garden Party. We love every detail, especially the oh-so-pretty watercolour stationery.
